losing license so having to reinstall

Every couple of days eM Client loses the license and I have to reinstall it, is there anything I can do to stop this happening? I note you suggested that this sometimes happens with one license on two computers, this is not the case here. Thanks for your help

I have checked your licenses, you seem to have registered 3 different Free licenses but accidentally used one of the keys twice, so it is exactly the case of one key being used on 2 computers.

Also, please be aware that Free licenses are for personal use only, using it for work/business use is against our License policy and you could be banned.

Same problem. How do I get a different license for each computer?

You can register for a FREE licence at: https://www.emclient.com/free-license. Just note that according to our licence agreement, the FREE licence is only for non-commercial purpose.
In case you wish to use your commercial mail address in eM Client, purchase please eM Client PRO licence/s at: https://www.emclient.com/purchase-em-client.
