The account is working and I get my mail, but it takes much longer (30sec to 45 sec) than when I was using outlook 2003. Any suggestions for change in settings?
Hi Edward, not completely sure what you’re referring to, does the downloading of new emails take up to 45 seconds, or what do you have in mind exactly?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
Yes, it is the download time for new messages, once the eM Client program starts.
I was using Outlook 2003 before eM Client and the time to access and download email in Outlook was perhaps 5 to 15 sec. It seems to take 2 to 3 times as long with eM Client.
Not sure if there is any fix, but I thought I would ask. I will keep track of the timing for a while to see if it varies.
