tried logging into eM sync and it would not accept my credentials to log in. These are the same credentials i used to log into this page with out a problem.
What am i missing with this problem?
Check your eM Sync login and password or try change your password via “Menu / Settings / General / eM Sync” as per below screenshot.
i can’t get to logging in at all. (see screenshot).

Could be then eM Sync requires a new (different) login. So try the “create new account option”.
If creating a new login still won’t let you in, then suggest you email [email protected]
