Hi!
I noticed, that logging in into the Community Support using forum.emclient.com doesn’t work. After entering the login credentials, nothing happens. In the developer console you can see a 500 error response from Get Satisfaction.
A workaround is to switch to the Get Satisfaction website and log in there.
