log-on problem

cannot logon…popup keeps asking for user name password and entries denied :not authorized" tired to reset password, but that didn’‘t work either’ tried to reinstall program but while it said it fixed errors, popup still comes back…stopped receiving emails sunday and they do not show content…message says they’ll be down loaded when reconnected to server, bbut guess I can’t get connected because password keeps getting rejected. can’t reset password and now not sure what is as tried all I can think it might be…HELP!

Hi, I’m unfortunately not completely sure what you’re referring to, can you please make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing and possibly specify the application’s behavior and setup?

What mail service are you using with eM Client that you’re unable to authenticate with? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
