Locking in message editing

Sirs, Good morning! I am a user of emClient free version. I
am having problems after a few minutes of use … the messages in editing are stuck and I can not save them either in draft or for reuse. This causes a lot of losses and unfortunately I will have to switch applications if this is not resolved. In previous versions this was not happening (with windows 7 and 10 now). You can give me a return because I was seriously thinking about becoming a premium user. Many thanks and thanks for the rest of the app that is very good and well integrated into my GMAIL account. Thank you if you can reply in Portuguese.

I’m sorry but we don’t provide Portuguese support.
In this case, I’d recommend reinstalling eM Client with a newest version from: https://www.emclient.com/release-history. If you uninstall eM Client directly in Windows, you don’t need to be worried about a data loss. Your database will stay untouched and after installing, it will be pulled back.
