Locating backup settings

Apologies but have forgotten and cannot find where the settings for what is backup up is located?

To see the backup location for eM Client,

If using Windows go to “Menu / Settings / General / Backup”.

If using Mac go to “eM Client / Preferences / General / Backup”.

By default the backup location is in your “Documents / eM Client” folder.

You can setup either automatic periodic backups in the eM Client backup settings above, or you can manually backup when you want via “Menu / Backup” (Windows) or “File / Backup” (Mac).

The backup “backs up everything” in eM Client including Accounts, Calendar, Contacts, Notes, Tasks, Tags, Rules, Local folders etc. Its a complete snapshot of eM Client.

Ps There is no option to only select certain parts to backup when you do backup. Everything ends up in dated backup.zip files which you can open.
