Recently upgraded to latest version 5. Does not load says EM Client not responding, screen does not load properly, although database check is ok. Help
Loads ok if press down control to load ‘off line’ and then go ‘on line’. Obviously not right. Is there a way of re-loading latest version without damaging database, in case there is a corruption in the programme itself? Thanks Colin
What version of eM Client are you using?
When it happens again, please run the tool available from http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstack…. It should generate a log file (starting with “eM Client Stack” in your Documents folder) that will help us analyze the problem in more detail. Please send this file to us. Thanks.
Will do, however since first reporting the problem I have managed to get the software to load ‘on line’ However it takes a long while to ‘draw’ the initial screen. Can I again ask for a link to re-load the latest version whilst preserving my data.
