load at startup.

Hi all and thanks for this great application. I wish you more power.
I have a little problem while i add the shortcut to the startup folder. eMclient fails to load at startup. I’m on windows 7 SP1. Anybody facing this problem? or is it just me? I thought it will be fixed with the new updates… i updated just now and still its the same. :frowning:
Any help… much appreciated.

Does it display some error message or it just hangs in background?

I’m running Windows 7 Home Edition 32bit SP1 also, and I’ve no problems with starting from the autostart.

the error msg follows: “eMclient has stopped working… windows will check for a solution online” then it just disappears. then eMclient is not running in the background… i need to run it manually.
I also have admin privilege.

Try install it from http://www.emclient.com/dist/v3.5.123… .

If it will persist can you please send an email (with reference to this forum topic) to [email protected] ? We will give you further instructions.

And adding to that we will appreciate if you send us files from directories (or only the newest one) starting with “AppCrash_mailclient.exe_” from
c:\Users[YourUserName]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\ to [email protected] with reference to this topic.

I am sorry, we are changing are update system meanwhile. The link http://www.emclient.com/dist/v3.5.122… should work and we will analyze the files you sent.
