Wo kann ich meine Lizenz eingeben. Es gibt im Menü keinen Bereich Hilfe und auch nicht Aktivierung.
Where can I enter my license? There is no Help section in the menu and no Activation.
That normally means you have either the Windows store version or an old Beta with no license.
So first go to “Menu / Help / About” and jot down your current version.
Then backup eM Client via “Menu / Backup” You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via clicking the drop-down on the right of Refresh.
Once backed up, close eM Client and “uninstall that”. Then go to the release history page and download “the same version” and install.
Once installed open eM Client and “Skip the setup” and then go to “Menu / Help / License” and enter your license activate.
Then you can restore your backup via “Menu / File / Restore” and will be good to go.
