Why does my search mechanism only pick up material that’s in my inbox, not materials that I’ve moved to other folders?
Probably because you have not selected all folders.
In version 9 click the down arrow in the search box and change that.
We changed the search box a bit in version 10, so it is immediately clear where you are searching.
