License Window Locks Out Windows 8!

When I accessed eM Client this morning, I was presented with a non-responsive license option popup window that has entirely locked me out of the OS.  I am unable to execute any input commands or even shut the program down via Task Manager.  This sequence repeats on forced shutdown/restart, making my entire system useless.  What is uo with thIs??

Hi Peter, not completely sure what you’re referring to, can you maybe make a screenshot of the error and submit it to us here on the forum? If your application is not activated you have to activate the product using a valid license key that you can obtain on our website, http://www.emclient.com/pricing .

However even if the application is not active you should be able to access your data offline after the initial 30 day free trial.
