license sever

I have just been told that I was unable to check my license for 10 days - something like that?
There is no problem my end.
I have a Pro + lifetime license, so what is the issue here

Hi Hubert, are you using any firewall/proxy software on your computer that could disable the application’s ability to connect to our licensing server?
Can you try to access this address in your browser and check if you’re able to connect, http://licensing.emclient.com/ ?

No proxy etc and this is the first time (purchased 25/1/2010)
I tried the link and found that ‘Silverlight’ was out of date. I don’t see how that should stop the check-in.

Hi again David, sorry for my belated reply, are you still having issues while connecting to the licensing server?
If so, can you please navigate to Help > About, and press Ctrl+U, a window with your “Update URL” should be displayed, can you please copy the URL using Ctrl+C and send the update URL along with a reference link to this forum topic to my email, mcgregor@emclient.com ?
