License Server Down?

I’ve been trying to register for 3 days and the program wont connect to the license server.  I’ve got my registrations code, I enter it and the the error dialog comes up.  Is this not an actively supported program?

Still cant register my software.  Never connects to the server after entering in the registration number.  Anyone having this same problem or know what it might be?

Could you please upload here a screenshot of the error? Please add your OS and version of eM Client that you use (Menu > Help > About)


Thanks for the reply.  Believe it or not, we’re still using Windows XP.  eM Client has been working fine with it though.  The version is 7.1.30794.0.
