Apparently I have somehow violated the free license and now am blocked… please help!
If you received an email from eM Client informing you that you are suspected of violating the license policy, that means they suspect you are using the Free License for business or commercial use.
If that is what you are doing, then you need to either purchase a Pro License, or remove the application from your computer.
If you are using the Free License for personal use only, then you need to reply to the message with an explanation of your usage, and they may reinstate the license.
