License problem

while trying to add the license is displayed the message: is not a valid activation key. If your key is authentic, please contact support

Hello Oscar, if you’re seeing this message you may be inserting your key in an invalid format, please make sure to keep the key in it’s original format as received in your email and make sure there are no extra spaces at the end or the beginning of the copied key.

If you keep getting activation errors, please make sure to submit your licensing details to my email mcgregor@emclient.com with a reference link to this forum topic and I can check manually what might be wrong.
