Hi all, I was using the emclient software with the free license of 1 year, however today I receive a system message that I need contact with the support team, I really dont know what I need to do, if I need to buy a license please tell me where and how can I buy it.

The probably suspect you of using the free version for commercial purposes, which is a violation of their license agreement. If you are not using it for commercial purposes, reply to their email and explain the situation. If they agree, they will reinstate the license. If you are using the product for commercial purposes, you will need to buy a pro license.
