License problem NO License in Help menu

I have just installed V8 and received a license key, but there is no License area in the HELP menu.

Beta versions do not require a license key, therefor there is no option to activate it.

How do I know if my V8 version is beta?

If you go to Menu > Help, there will be no License option for beta versions.

I have the same problema, but I have the version 9.0.1.3 installed and it tries to make me purchase the license on windows store while I already bought it the full license and there’s no place to enter it in the help section

You may be using the MS Store version for which you will need to purchase a subscription through them as it doesn’t use the same license as we issue.

Uninstall that, then download and install the latest version from here: https://www.emclient.com/dist/latest/setup.msi
