License Manager login info?

I did a previous search and could not find an answer to my issue. I am trying to log into the License Manager. I currently have two paid licenses.

I am asked for Group, Username, and Password. I know Group should be set to ‘User’. What is my username? Is this the same name I registered on the forums with?

I am trying my forum username and password, with the Group set to User, but I still get a ‘Login Failed: Wrong username/password’ message.

Let me know what I should be doing. Thank you.

Hi,
you can find your Licensing manager Username and password in the original confirmation email containing your activation key. If you lost it, let me know and I will re-send it.

Thank you, George. I found the information as you stated. It was part of my original licensing email from eM Client Support. I was able to login successfully, change my password, and document the information.
