I had to remove and reinstall eMClient from my notebook because of Windows, so firstly I installed eMClient on a second computer with the free license I had and restored a backup. So far so good. Now when I’m reinstalling my notebook I asked for another free license as I had already used the one I had on the second computer. The answer is on the subject : “License issuing failed. Internal Error”. I have everything re-installed in my notebook, the backup is restored so everything is fine but without license I cannot neither synchronize nor send emails. Could you please help me? Thank you!
Never mind, the issue seems to be solved, I could get another license for my reinstallation.-
Hi Sandra, eM Client has a strict one license per computer policy and you can only use the license on one computer simultaneously.
We had a licensing server issue over the weekend but it should be resolved and all should be working properly now.
