Cannot enter my newly purchased License in my W10 eM Client App. Should be under :Help: Not nthere!
@Joseph_Benko Sounds like that version of EM Client could be possible corrupted.
As you have the EM Client license, I would suggest to uninstall your current version and download the latest release for Windows 10 via the following link - https://www.emclient.com/release-history . Then install that and enter your license via menu / help / license.as you said.
Alternatively as you purchased EM Client, go to the EM Client Pro support page https://support.emclient.com/. First register there and then submit the problem. You will normally get a response back within aprox 24hrs.

Do you have the free trial version by any chance, if so deactivate the license then activate using your pro key.
