Licence problems re-installing on new PC

Hi I have installed an new PC. I downloaded eM Client from the web site and installed it. I have de-registered the old PC. When I ran emclinet on the new PC for the first time it asked me to register it, which I did. It them said that the version was newer than the old PC and it could be downgraded. I clicked continue and it appears to be hung with a dialogue box saying ‘Going Offline’. What do i need to do?

What verison of eM Client did you have on your old PC? If you had v5 and are now installing v6, I believe that you need to have purchased the Lifetime Updates option when you purchased your license.
