Hi, i have 3 eM Client licences installed on 3 PCs (Desktop at office, Surface Pro 2 et Surface Pro 3). I formated my Surface Pro 3. I forgot to desactivate Em Client licence on it before formating. Now i can not use the same Activation code on it. Can you help me? Thanks in advance.
Hello, if you’re a PRO license user, you can manage your license activations at http://licensing.emclient.com by logging in using your license credentials, these credentials should be included in the message you’ve received after your license purchase.
