Licence deactivation

HI eM,

just reinstalled windows and eM Client but I’m unable to activate it - “reached max. number of installations”.  I have a 2 user licence key.  Can you please deactivate both?

You can do that yourself by using the License Manager.

And what would be my user group?

All the information was sent to your with the license. but by default it is User :slight_smile:
