My computer crash and I try to install my EM Client on my backup computer but my key was on my broken laptop and have a licence comptable problem. How can I see the computer using the licence of my Em Client ? \

I sent a reset email to you which contains your license key and licensing server credentials.
Using Internet explorer after you install Microsoft silverlight, you can login into the licensing server - http://licensing.emclient.com/ - where you can check your license activations and deactivate the one on your broken computer and then use the key on your backup computer.
