I can’t activate/reactivate my Client since it has no license. And if I type in the license it says not able to activate because of violation of the licensepolitics. I have been absent form my computer (am using the mail client on Pc, aswell as redirecting mails to my phone) for a couple of weeks, and now since I’m back I can’t get access and haven’t been receiving any new mails. Just on my Pc, phone works fine.
So, are you violating the license policy?
If you are using eM Client for business use, then you will need to purchase a Pro license, otherwise contact eM Client (firstname.lastname@example.org) and give some explanation of why you are not violating the policy.
