Having just installed this and am wondering if I should have allowed eM Client access to what seems all sorts of stuff on my laptop?
It feels like they have provided an update just so they can snoop on us, If you choose not allow access to personal stuff then eM Client won’t work so we are forced into it really!

We don’t have any function to “snoop” on you.
If you mean during setting up or authenticating your accounts where your email provider ask if you want to allow eM Client to connect to your mailbox. Of course it needs access to get your mail. Otherwise if you don’t allow that, you won’t have any mail in eM Client.
