Last weekend I got a lot of failed send messages (70ish) and now I cant send emails because of abuse.

I have been using em client for several months. Last weekend I got a lot of failed send messages (70ish) and now I cant send emails because of abuse. 
How do I reset or clear my account? Has my privacy been breached?

You will need to contact your email provider to fix that.

Also, right-click on your Smart Folders in eM Client and select Display > Outbox. Then go to the Smart Folder Outbox, and make sure there are not any messages there. If there are, delete them, as they could be the cause of the failed send retries.

I wasn’t actually trying to send any emails, no idea where the sent items came from.
My email client says my account is fine from their end…
