last update yesterday won't allow me to send or receive emails

eM Client updated yesterday, and now I can not send or receive emails. The box pops up to connect, but it just sits there.

Hi, what mail service are you using? And what version did you update to?
Are you receiving any error messages from the application?

I think I figured it out. I scoured through the forums and found one that suggested I change some pop3/smt to Legacy. And I fussed with a few more things, and now it seems to work.

I was getting NO error messages at all. The operation box would pop up, and it would look like it was trying to connect, but nothing would happen. And my database indicated no errors.
