eM Client 10.4.5326 (97a2e75) on Windows 11 Home
At first I thought it might be a printer driver issue, but it’s the same regardless of which printer I choose, even including the MS Print to PDF driver.
It’s normal on the calendar itself and there’s nothing unusual in the event. For instance:
But on the print preview and the actual printout itself (including PDF) some – but not all – of the event times are in a larger size font, as well as preceding the event name, not following it:
It’s not limited to a certain event, day, etc. Some of the affected events are repeating, some are single. It’s just random. But the printout looks exactly like the preview, regardless of which printer I choose. I’ve looked through settings and nothing looks amiss. Restarting the app made no difference.
Any ideas?
Still happening on v10.4.5674, new installation on a new computer. Any ideas?

And it also happens on two different printers, one laser and one inkjet. So it’s not the printer / driver.
I personally don’t experience that calendar font issue in the Print Preview or when Printed using the eg: Microsoft to PDF and the latest eg: eM Client V11 Beta 11.0.196 with my eg: Google Calendar.
So if you happy to test V11 Beta, see if that makes any difference for you. If it does fix your problem, then the official V11 release is probably only around a month away.
Before installing V11 Beta, make a backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore. You can see when thats completed in Show Operations via the dropdown on the right of Refresh. Also close eM Client before installing.
If V11 Beta doesn’t fix the issue, then it might be something within your specific calendar that would need to be investigated by official support by “exporting a .ics calendar file” to your desktop or downloads folder via "Menu / File / Export , and then going to the VIP Support page and logging in and lodging a ticket & attaching the .ics file.

Since the GA release is reasonably close I’ll just wait for it and reassess. The fonts issue isn’t a show-stopper for me. I print my calendar once monthly and that’s it.
