I think if both eM Client, and your web browser are giving you nonsense text, that has to do with your OS.

If you are using Windows, post your question on a Windows forum.

Hallo UP-Home,

Wo liegt das Problem denn genau, was passiert bzw. was passiert eben nicht? Welches Betriebssystem verwendest Du?

The user says that there is gibberish when writing emails in eM Client and in his web browser. This does not seem like an issue with this application, if the same thing is happening in another application also.

There is no need to backup and reinstall eM Client.

Also, I don’t see where the user is asking for a refund. Why are you suggesting this?

The subject says it. I think this thread does not require any further attention unless @UP-Home writes again.

Oh, OK I see. I get all the forum messages by email but eM Client does not translate the subject, only the body. Maybe something I need to suggest as a feature request.

@UP-Home, if you want a refund, there is a money back guarantee, so you can get one if it is less than 30 days since you purchased the application. Please write to [email protected] and they will help you with that.
