Kerio, exchange: email don't show in inbox, but in unread yes

Hi,
one of 4 clients has a problem with mail: the new messages don’t show in inbox, but only in unread.
When I read those messages, they simply disappear and I cannot find them anymore. If I tag them unread, usign i.e. outlook, they will show again in unread folder, but never in inbox.

The only clue I’ve found, is that those mail are directed to an alias of the main kerio account.
I try to set alias in account settings, but it doesn’t work.

The Unread Favorites folder shows messages from all your folders, so is it possible the messages aren’t in the Inbox but in another folder? You can right-click in the body of a message in Unread and choose Properties. It ill show what folder it is in.

it’s a funny story:

  • when I receive one of this mail, it shows in the unread folder but not in inbox
  • when I read the email, it eventually appears in inbox, with read status.

But the biggest problem is the ones I wrote in another topic: larger incoming email won’t show at all in emclient.
