Keeping web based emails locally

Hi all,
I am trying to configure eM Client to recieve my emails from outlook.com and gmail.com so that when I delete them on my phone app, they don’t dissapear from eM CLient on my desktop.
Unfortunately, I cannot see a way to automatically configure it to do that.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please ?

Due to the nature of modern Outlook and Gmail IMAP or Exchange accounts, if you delete mail on one device “you will also delete mail on all your other devices” as soon as they sync.

So if there is email you want to save from being deleted, “before deleting mail on any device”, copy or move that email to eM Client Local Folders at the bottom left of the app or desktop client. It will then stay locally in eM Client.
