I don’t have 10s of GBs of e-mails yet I seem to get this regularly, will moving messages to local Inbox help? is there a way to increase the storage limit?
This, almost certainly, is a limitation imposed by your email service provider and not by eM Client. I would look there.

Like Norman said, we do not impose any kind of limits on messages, I’d suggest contacting your mail service provider for increasing your storage limit. You can work around that though, simply move your messages to local inbox and delete them on the server. Don’t forget to back them up regularly however.
