Not receiving incoming messages…this just started arbitrarily happening and there were no changes made to the eM Client mail settings or the email account it is pulling from. I tried to set up the account again, and it still will not receive (but will send) email. I am using the exact same settings as before and the email address and password for the account. Why is this doing this and how can I fix it?
Are you getting any error messages? Who is your email provider? Can you send us IMAP logs? It would tell us more. Thank you.
