Just Signed Up for the Free eM Client Account - Missing Message Content

HI,
I just activated my free eM Client app and now I am only seeing a crawling blue and gray dashed line where the actual message content should be. This is now occurring on every message. Never happened in the trial. Makes the app useless. Can you help?

As a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN, then try again.
