just set the email up … not able to send or receive emails … those that i have attempted to send are just residing in the outbox but not leaving…  tried ‘send and receive all messages’ - at first got a note saying something to the effect of check logging in details but now nothing is happening!

Hi David, can you please be a little more specific and describe the application’s behavior, please make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing and submit it to us here on the forum for more information.
Also can you please check the exact release number in Help > About and what mail service you’re using with eM Client?
