Just got version 10.0.3266, and now can neither send nor receive

Hi,
I upgraded my free eM Client yesterday to version 10.0.3266, and now I am not receiving any emails (I know they should be there because I get them on my phone email) and when I try to send they just sit in the outbox.

When I was setting it up I was offered various options, and just had to guess for some of them, and cannot recall what I did. I think I’d like to revert to my previous version – is that possible? Or perhaps you can tell me what settings to change to make it work ?

My Client froze after the update, not reacting to anything and running at 18% CPU. I am not happy with the company experimenting with my window to the world! The only way I am still operating is that I also have a computer where the update still did not take place.
