Blackballing junk email does nothing - every thing comes back

Can you please explain how you are adding junk email to the blacklist?

I have been blacklisting every piece of junk mail - does NO good.  Everything still coming back.  

There are three options when blacklisting.

The first option will not remember that you moved it to Junk. So next time the email will again be in your Inbox.

The second option will only move future messages to Junk if the email address is identical.

And the third option will only move the messages if the domain is identical.

Can you go to Menu > Tools > Rules, and make sure the Blacklist is ticked, and that the address of an email you blacklisted is in the list.
