Junk Mail error

When I look at JUnk mail it often shows none. However when I click on JUnk mail (like today) there are two unread items in that folder.
This has occured eratically since the last update.
While we are at it can we have an easy system for reporting errors?
I don’t really understand why there isn’t a reporting option in the file menu. Of course I get that you want people to pay for support but in cases like the one above it’s more in your interests to know tnhat you hve an issue than for me. :slight_smile:
