I am suffering with eM after I arrived china, before it worked very well in Portugal. Many times I need to close our program or shutdown and restart computer because I cannot reply or send email. Message keep stopped in outbox
Could be your SMTP settings are not correct. Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and click on the SMTP tab for the problem account. Change the port to 587 and the security policy to Force usage of SSL/TLS.
If the port was 25, that would probably only work when using your company or your home connection where the email provider is the same as the Internet provider.
Then, if Local Folders are not visible, you can right-click on Smart Folders and choose Display > Outbox. You can delete the messages from either Outbox if you need to.
