Hello Mustapha,

If you have both accounts set in eM Client as IMAP, then moving the folder/s with emails will reflect the change on the server. Just drag&drop the emails or the whole folder. 

If these accounts are set as POP3, then you can move the emails the same way but please note that the change won’t be reflected on the server.
