I’m facing a weird issue and I hope someone can help me out.
I have a list of pre-written templates and my signature that I have to use frequently with most emails. I have formatted them in a specific way and want them to display in that way to every client that I send it to.
However, while replying to some emails with those templates, the Text tends to lose its formatting and simply gets displayed as plain text, unless I copy it from the Template itself and paste it as pre-formatted in the mail body.
The same thing happens with the signature, where it loses its formatting and gets displayed as plain text. Please help.
While this issue doesn’t happen with all emails, it happens with some of them and I hope someone can tell me what’s happening.
