I’m facing an issue syncing google calendar events & reminders from my smartphone.
When I set a reminder in the Google Calendar app… it’s not being visible in the EM Client calendar interface.
When I set an event in the Google Calendar app… it’s not being visible in the EM Client until I click on the REFRESH Button.
Also… I don’t see any pop-up on desktop where in I get an alert on my smartphone from Google Calendar app.
Kindly provide me the necessary information on how to rectify these issues.
do you have automatic synchronization set up?
If your calendar does not sync until you refresh it, you might want to check your setup in Tools>Settings>General>Automatic synchronization and lower the time frame for refreshing your data.
As for the reminders, check which notifications you want to see in Settings>Notifications when you can set up the pop-up and sounds options for each action.
