Issues Seting Up Outlook POP3

I have POP3 enabled in Outlook bur no matter how many times I try it doesn’t accept my credentials.
I’m using the settings in Outlook pop3 settings.

If you are trying to manually setup a Microsoft Outlook account in eM Client with a POP setup using a legacy username and password, that won’t work any longer due to Microsoft changes sometime ago that now requires an OAuth2 passwordless token login that only works with an IMAP / Exchange or Office 365 setup.

So you need to setup a Microsoft Outlook account using the “automatic account wizard” in eM Client via “Menu / Accounts” as per the eM Client new account example screenshot below.

But doesn’t automatic setup create the account as IMAP?
The issue I have with IMAP is I am unable to manipulate the folders.
I only need 6 folders:
Inbox
Drafts
Junk
Sent
Trash

But I get all these other folders downloaded and I’m unable to remove the unwanted ones.

I let EC to automatically create my Outlook account.
There’s a folder called ‘Notes.’ I can’t delete it form EC or in Outlook.com.
Just making my point.
