Hi All, We have a version 6 licence for 8 pc’s running Win10. After a recent pc crash it now will not reload V6 downloaded from your site stating newer data files are installed on this pc? We do not like V7 so please can you tell me how to remove these data files / update / reload V6. Thanks Ashley

your database is located in C:\Users%windows user account%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client
If you installed v7 before your data should be there. Be careful if your old database files are still there. (Though if you have a backup to restore from it shouldn’t matter)
You can install v6 after removing these data.
