Issue connecting Secure SSL/TLS settings with eM Client

HostGator email server will not connect my business email to eM Client. I have attempted to utilize all email connections stated within cPanel under the Secure SSL/TLS settings.

When running the configuration, it does not provide me an option to enter the incoming/outgoing server ports.

if you want to try setting up the mail account manually, you have to change from the Automatic Set-up to the Mail tab and select other.

Or you can go to Tools > Accounts > Your account, and adjust the port numbers manually in the settings.
Try either way and let me know if you managed to solve the issue.
