Is this possible?

Somehow, all but 1 of my main inbox emails has vanished.
sub folders (2) are current.
I do have a norton backup, but was wondering inf someone knew the filename for the inbox for a given user on EMclient.

There is nothing on the server side in the inbox.

thanks

You can’t normally manually replace specific mail account files within the database folders as you could risk corrupting the account and you might then loose all your mail within the account.

You would normally restore the complete database either from an eM Client backup via “Menu / File / Restore” or from your own backup.

If you have your own backup copy of user profile “when you had the missing email”, you could delete the current eM Client hidden folder as per below locations, and then replace the contents with your own prior version. If you want to do that, close eM Client before replacing the contents.

The eM Client hidden database folders for Windows and Mac.

“Hidden mail database folder Windows”
“Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client”

“Hidden mail database folder Mac”
“Users\yourusername\Library\Application Support\eM Client”
