Is there a way to adjust the file attachment size before sending picture attachments?

Outlook has a feature that you can adjust the file size of the pictures being sent making them small files to send. Does eM Client have this feature?

Thanks so much! I had no idea that when you select send to in an explorer window that you get the option. This is exactly what I need for the situation I have. Thanks
