The issue is as appears in the title. Chat window only shows facebook contacts who are online with a green bubble and I couldn’t find a way to display all of them. However still in the chat window I am able to see and send text to my gmail contacts (through hangouts I guess) even if they are offline

in right bar near “chat” is status "online/offline/ hover on it and it should change into cogwheel, click on it and uncheck “show online users only”
